The Barnabas Group application process is designed to:

1) Help ministry leaders view their organization through the perspective of a business leader.

2) Help identify and define defined opportunities where Barnabas Group participants can assist along with expected deliverables and timeframes. As part of the process with work with the ministry on a SWOT analysis and considering a wide range of organizational effectiveness questions.d
